Quilty’s paintings could be mistaken for ice cream on canvas. that’s how generous and liberal his paint is lavishly applied. taking a closer look at his subjects you’ll see they’re actually about being smashed/the wildness of male youth. rising above clichés he paints his baby as a hamburger. Mr Quilty is pure freshness in the fine art market.
Roughly chop up some edgy art, nuke in a cyber cauldron till the color of corrosion and the smell of barren lands is achieved. Add a decent amount of contemporary designers then slowly stir in some freshly made music. A sprinkle of cheap words, a dash of haunting inspiration and that should hopefully do the trick. Ladle into corrupted minds and share it around like a sickness. Hearty viral soup is now on the menu.
